Congratulations to the Women’s Major Pennant Team who recorded a whitewash 5-0 win over Lynwood at Avondale today, to secure their place in the final next Sunday.
Individual results were:

June Song defeated Nara Shin 3&2
Kara Williams defeated Melissa Williamson 4&2
Yeleen Son defeated Jenny Smith 6&5
Jess Meakin defeated Deanna Chung 6&5
The final will be held at Riverside Oaks (Ganguru Course) with play commencing from 10.00am. Spectators are welcome and we hope to see as many Avondale Members out there supporting our girls.

Next Sunday we host Lynwood at home in the reverse semi final. We would love to have members come and support the team from 7.00am where we hope to see another win which will take us to the final on 6 December.
