The final round of the annual Short Course Championship & Veterans Short Course Championship took place on Saturday. There weren’t any run away leaders after Round One, so both titles were still there for the taking during Round Two.
The Short Course Championship finished with a two way tie for 1st place between Tim Morris (11) and Ben Williams (6) who finished on 136 (6 under) after 36 holes, 3 shots clear of 3rd place. They will now compete in an 18 hole playoff this Saturday 4 July to determine who will be the Short Course Champion for 2020. We will update you following their round.

The Veterans Short Course Championship for those 70+ years of age, was a closely contested event with 33 players being within 10 shots of Round One leader Nick Hullah after a round of 68 (3 under). The eventual winner, Gerry Carr-Boyd (10), came from 8th place to finish two shots ahead of his nearest rival to take the title after an excellent Round Two score of 68 (3 under) and finish with 139 (3 under) after 36 holes, .
