Golf Cart Online Booking Process

In line with the club’s adoption of new practices in order to be compliant with the new guidelines for slowing the spread of the COVID-19 virus, the following operational changes will apply.

As mentioned in the Captain’s Update – 24 March, time sheets will now be in operation for bookings, and will also be used for the booking of golf carts for Members.

  • All golf cart bookings are to be made by Members using the online facility. The Pro Shop will be able to assist you with how to make bookings, but will not take bookings directly.
  • There will only be a maximum of 14 golf carts available for hire per day (no golf cart will be hired out for more than 18 holes per day) to provide sufficient time to thoroughly sanitise each golf cart for use the following day.
  • In order to satisfy the social distancing policy only one person will be able to travel in a golf cart for the duration of the round. Do not share your golf cart with anyone else at any point during your round. Compliance in this area is seen as critical.
  • Golf carts will only be available for players booked from the first available tee time through to 12:38pm.
  • As demand for golf cart hire will be high, Members are limited to one golf cart booking per week.
  • You will be required to load and unload your own clubs and personal belongings from the golf cart.
